‘RISE’ ALBUM

In 2025, after taking a masterclass with Snatam Kaur, Aoife recorded her first album called ‘Rise’ of channelled songs fused with kirtan mantras, light language and sound healing frequencies received on sacred pilgrimage in Egypt.  

Aoife’s music is created from the deep layers of the Rose Womb Heart, expressing the many voices and phases of the Goddess rising through sound helping to clear un-serving  imprints. She anchors love, union and bliss helping humanity to transmute their vices through divine feminine guidance via channelled song light language, toning in ceremonial concerts, one to one healing and energy points on the lands.

Songs include: Mother Mary, Magdalene way of the Rose, Isis, Goddess with In, Sacred Fires, New Earth, Miracles, Bridgit of the Fires, Rise, and light language sound channellings.

Then came ‘Miracles’. This one arrived in the dreamtime. I woke up singing the entire song—lyrics and melody complete—straight from the angelic realms. I simply pressed record and honoured the gift.

And on the first-ever national holiday for Goddess Bridget in Ireland, another portal opened. ‘Bridget of the Fire‘ was born as a tribute to her rebirth in Eriu, her flames of sovereignty, and her timeless codes of wisdom.

These songs are sound medicine. They are activations from the Rose Path, the Sophia Christ lineage, Venusian wisdom, and the golden age of harmony. When you listen, you don’t just hear music—you receive codes, remembrance, and grace.

The first song wasn’t written—it was received. ‘Mother Mary -Unconditional Love‘ came through me as a full and perfect transmission while I sat by the sacred waters of Bridget’s Well in Fanore, County Clare. No edits. No changes. Just the voice of the Divine moving through.

At that time, I had been walking through two years of insomnia after powerful light code activations and a car accident. In my deep fatigue, I became an open channel—visiting sacred sites, feeling the presence of Mother Mary, Magdalene, and the ancient lineages calling me home.

That summer, during a course on Womb, Throat, Song writing & Activation, six songs were birthed in one week.

Including: Goddess With In, Magdalene-Way of The Rose, Isis-Golden Wings Rise, Goddess With In.

These are not just songs—they are mantras, bhakti devotional practices, and light language transmissions. Prayers woven into melody, designed for call-and-response, community singing, and soul remembrance.

Magdalene – Way of The Rose

In the Cailleach  cauldron  of womb wisdom, within the death portal of the winter season of my life after my mothers death experiencing sexual trauma and shame  I had one of several break down/break throughs. I chose to rise and resurrect from grief and depression, in that moment a surge of energy came through me and the words : “I choose the beauty way, the Way of the Rose.”

These words felt as though they came through the voice of Mary Magdalene, whom I experience as a grief priestess

connected to the Irish keening tradition. She meets us in some of the darkest hours of female disempowerment, grief, and pain, helping us remember that it is possible to transmute pain into beauty, to rise and resurrect, even through the deepest inversions, shame, and wounds carried in the name of the Divine Feminine and Magdalene.

I believe many women are receiving songs inspired by Magdalene because this is a time of remembrance. It is a time for women to reclaim their gifts, sovereignty, beauty, grace, and power.

This song acts as a clearing of shame and an acknowledgement of the historical inversions surrounding the Holy Grail, the Creatrix of Life, and the sacred womb. It reflects on the impact of colonialism and patriarchal systems, recognising that many of our ancestors were healers, artists, and wisdom keepers whose traditions were intentionally and systematically suppressed. The song explores how these histories continue to echo through generations.

It also seeks to create greater awareness of women’s empowerment, patriarchal structures, and the legacy of the Magdalene Laundries. In the chorus, “Rose, Rose, Rose, Way of the Rose,” the song becomes a prayer for all those connected to these institutions—the women, children, families, and descendants. It is an offering that they may rise into the light, be remembered with dignity, and no longer remain hidden in the shadows of pain and shame.

Isis -Golden Wings

This song captures the frequency of the liquid golden light of ancient Egypt, evoking the memory of a golden age of empowered priestess culture, abundance, and the sacred feminine. It invites us to reconnect with the energy of thriving rather than merely surviving, awakening pleasure, joy, bliss, ease, flow, and love.

Isis guides us to expand our light, spread our wings, embody our sovereignty, and fully embrace our authentic selves. It also encourages us to hold ourselves with tenderness through moments of vulnerability, sadness, and grief, recognising that these experiences are part of our journey of transformation.

It speaks to the presence of a higher force and the loving guidance of our ancestors and ascended masters, including the goddess Isis, whose presence offers protection, wisdom, and reassurance that we are never alone. Through this remembrance, the song invites us to rise beyond abandonment, pain, loss, and repression, returning to the sovereign golden essence and light that has always lived within us and the golden empowered honey pot of the grail with in.

Community Kirtan Sacred Sound & Singing Circles

I hold sacred space for Bhakti devotion and expression through kirtan, mantra, and sound healing. These singing circles are community spaces where voice becomes medicine and sacred vibration becomes a path to awakening.
