My mission is to help to activate, regulate and reclaim peoples’ sovereign life-force essence and truth, birthing New Earth heart frequencies. I am here to deconstruct power dynamics and hierarchy through celebrating New Earth values of Empathy, Sensitivity, Generous Heart-Centred Creativity and Love.
Ashoka her spiritual name from the Anada Marga Kirtan tradition means pure light free of affliction and pain, was initiated to Magdalene with Kia Ra author of the Sophia Codes in Marseille France in 2022. In 2025 after taking master class with Snatam Kaur she record her first album called ‘Rise’ of channelled songs fused with kirtan mantras and light language and trained in Sound Healing while on sacred pilgrimage in Egypt.
Her music is created from the deep layers of the Rose Womb Heart expressing the many voices and phases of the Goddess rising through sound helping to clear un-serving imprints. She anchors love, union, and bliss helping humanity to transmute their vices through divine feminine guidance via channelled song, light language, toning in ceremonial concerts, one-to-one healing, and gridwork, activating land points.
Biography
Before finding her calling as a light worker for the New Earth, Way of The Rose, Christ Sophia Consciousness-Aoife’s foundational trainings include a BA in Drama and Performance from DIT, Masters Units in Education for secondary teaching and Special Needs Assistant specialising in Steiner schools. In 2015 she graduated as a Hatha Yoga teacher with Yoga Point. She lived ashram life in India, volunteering on therapy and advanced yoga training courses. In 2017 she returned to India to learn from an archaic Himalayan Tantrica Lineage along with Yoga for Trauma, with the Mandala Project in Cork. She has worked both as performer and facilitator in theatre, dance and film, kids theatre and cabaret, touring in Ireland, Germany, Spain USA and Australia. She has also trained in contemporary dance and through her travels explored tribal and oriental dance.
She specializes in Bandia Yoga, Sacred Masculine Awakening, Rose Lemurian vocal activation and clearings, Yoga Nidra sound healing, Kids’ Yoga, and Dansana. She has been main teacher on retreats at Ibiza Yoga Centre, Sun Bliss Yoga retreat in the Algarve, Burren Bliss in Co. Clare and Multiple Goddess retreats in Ireland.
She gives one-to-one Reiki and Access Consciousness Bars healing, Munay-Ki 13 Rite of the Womb and Light language activation & ceremonies specialising in New Earth, Way of The Rose, Christ Sophia Consciousness. She offers one to one spiritual guidance and mentorship sessions to guide your awakening journey and weaves all her knowledge and offerings in Sacred Temple Retreats in Egypt, France, Greece, Ireland and UK.
